- 《十字軍之王 III》Update 1.20.1 針對 By God Alone 與 1.20 Crozier 更新後回報的問題與平衡疑慮進行調整，後續變更將以隨 Silk & Silver 推出的 1.21 更新為目標。
- 遊戲內容新增 Clotilde、Sigismund、Guntram、Sigebert III 與 William of Gellone 的歷史封聖與埋葬地點，Monk 特質可於 Ruler Designer 選用，並可為無領地的 Archbishop 與 Cardinal 建立自訂統治者。
- 平衡性方面，Ask Subordinates for Gold 改為消耗 100 至 250 虔誠度，Religious Scholar 的生活風格經驗加成上限由 +50% 降為 +25%，Request White Peace 需戰爭持續至少兩年。
- 宗教相關調整包括：Canonize a Saint 基礎成本提高為 3,000 虔誠度與 500 金幣，Assume the Conqueror’s Mantle 虔誠度成本設為 3,000，Study Rite 成功率加成下調，編輯主流教儀所提議的信條須至少達到 Very Popular。
- Ecumenical Council 辯論新增會自行拉票且無法被說服的 AI 對手（玩家已領導對立方時除外），拉票成本最高為基礎的 2.5 倍；Heads of Faith 需兩次 Feast 才能結交，教士主張與土地談判也更難連續進行。
- AI 方面，Fourth Crusade 劇情進行期間不再對 Frankokratia 領袖宣戰，AI 教宗與教會相關行為多項修正，AI 封臣可在 Struggle 啟用時使用 Claim Throne；介面則修正大型事件視窗角色動畫被裁切等問題。

- 《十字軍之王 III》最新核心資料片 By God Alone 已推出，同步釋出免費的 1.20.0 "Crozier" 更新；資料片可單獨購買，或隨 Chapter V 合集取得。
- 新增 Christian Church 情勢，涵蓋所有伯爵層級以上的基督教統治者，並分為六個參與群組，共用同一個 Chapter、modifiers 與 Great Schism 進度。
- Christian Church 共有七個 Chapter（如 Fragile Unity、Investiture Controversy、Concord），分為 Stability、Zeal、Instability、Crisis 四種型別，Crisis 階段在 Schism 進度達門檻後可能導致 Great Schism。
- Catalysts 會推動 Chapter 轉換，包含神職人員結婚生子、聖職買賣、主教遇害、樞機任命、聖戰、逐出教會、對立教宗與大公會議等；新增每十年可用一次的 Guide the Christian Church 決定，身為 Head of Faith 時效果為四倍。
