Editor syntax guide
Use simple Markdown syntax to add bold, headings, lists, quotes, code, spoiler tags, links, @mentions, and YouTube videos to your posts.
The toolbar above the post editor inserts formatting with one click, or you can type the syntax below directly. When you're done, click "Preview" at the top right to see how your post will look once published.

Formatting tips
- Line breaks and paragraphs: Press Enter once for a line break; leave a blank line (press Enter twice) to start a new paragraph.
- Lists: Each line must start with "- " or "1. ", so remember to add a space after the symbol.
- Automatic table of contents: Posts split with # headings automatically get a "📑 Contents" section at the top.
- Spoilers: Wrap spoilers in two vertical bars
||so they're only shown when readers click; if the whole post has spoilers, turn on "⚠️ Contains spoilers" when posting. - @mentions: Usernames are 3–20 letters, numbers, or underscores. One post can notify up to 20 players, so please don't mass-@ people.
- YouTube: youtube.com/watch, youtu.be, Shorts, and livestream URLs are supported; the URL is only embedded if there's no other text before or after it.
- Images: Only images uploaded to GAME圈 are displayed directly; image URLs from other sites become links. See Uploading images and videos for how to upload.
What syntax can I use in comments?
Comments support inline formatting: bold, italic, strikethrough, code, ||spoilers||, links, and @mentions. Headings, dividers, and YouTube embeds can only be used in posts.
Keyboard shortcutsIn the content field, press Ctrl + B for bold, Ctrl + I for italic, and Ctrl + K to insert a link (use ⌘ on Mac).
FAQ
Why didn't the image URL I pasted turn into an image?
For security and loading speed, only images uploaded to GAME圈 are displayed directly; image URLs from other sites are shown as links. Please upload images using the "Images / Videos" upload area on the post page.
What if my YouTube video isn't embedded?
Make sure the YouTube URL is on a line by itself, with no other text or symbols before or after it. youtube.com/watch, youtu.be, Shorts, and livestream URLs are supported.
