Community guidelines

GAME圈 is a home for all players. So that everyone can comfortably discuss games, share guides, and find teammates, please follow the guidelines below. By using this service, you agree to follow these guidelines and the terms of service.

1. Basic principles

  • Criticize ideas, not people: it's fine to disagree, but no personal attacks, mockery, labeling, or flame-baiting.
  • Be friendly to newcomers: everyone was new once. If you see a "basic" question, answer patiently or point them to a guide.
  • Follow the law: all content must comply with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
  • One account per person: no alt accounts to evade suspensions, sockpuppet, inflate likes, or manipulate polls.

2. Posting guidelines

  • Choose the right game and post type (discussion, question, guide, review, news, find teammates…) so others can find it more easily.
  • Use titles that clearly describe the content; no exaggerated, clickbait, or misleading titles.
  • Spoilers: for story content, check "Contains spoilers", or hide key details with ||spoiler text||.
  • If guides, news, or images aren't your original work, credit the source with a link; summarize the key points in your own words instead of copying the whole thing.
  • Teammate posts should clearly state platform, time, requirements, and voice chat method; a team's contact info is shown only to members who have joined.

3. Prohibited content

The following content will be hidden or deleted when found, and serious cases will result in suspension. You can also use the "Report" feature on any post, comment, or player profile and choose the matching reason:

SpamFlooding, duplicate posts, meaningless spam, mass @mentions.
Sexual contentSexually suggestive content not marked 18+; any real-person pornography.
ViolenceReal footage of gore or violence, threats or intimidation, encouraging self-harm.
ScamFake trades, fake giveaways, phishing links, stealing account credentials.
AdvertisingUnsolicited ads, traffic redirection, selling courses or boosting services.
HateDiscrimination and hate based on ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, etc.
Copyright infringementReposting others' posts, images, videos, or paid content without permission.
Personal dataRevealing others' real names, phone numbers, addresses, photos, or other personal data (doxxing).
Involving minorsAny content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors. Zero tolerance.
Illegal contentCheats, private servers, piracy, account selling, or illegal content.
GamblingPromoting real-money gambling, betting sites, or gambling redeemable for cash.
OtherOther behavior that violates these guidelines or makes the community feel unsafe.

4. 18+ content policy

  • Games rated "18+" or "Adult", and posts marked 18+, are visible only to members who are logged in and have confirmed via birthday that they are 18 or older; unverified members are first directed to an age verification page.
  • Anyone can view game info for games rated "Gambling-related" (such as social casino, mahjong, and slot apps), but posting or commenting on these games requires confirming you are 18 or older. GAME圈 does not offer any real-money gambling services and prohibits promoting illegal activities such as top-up services or cash-outs.
  • Content with nudity, sexual suggestiveness, or intense gore must be marked "18+" when posting; images are blurred automatically and shown only when clicked.
  • Even when marked 18+, real-person pornography, sex trafficking, voyeurism, and non-consensual intimate images are still prohibited.
  • Any content that sexualizes minors (or characters who appear to be minors) is met with zero tolerance: immediate deletion, a permanent ban, and reporting to the authorities when necessary.
  • Unmarked 18+ content will be hidden and labeled; repeated violations will result in posting restrictions.

5. Gambling content policy

  • GAME圈 does not provide or allow the promotion of any gambling with real money or cash-redeemable stakes, betting sites, sports betting proxy services, online casinos, or similar services.
  • Gambling-themed games (such as poker and slot-style social games) are labeled "Gambling-related" and hidden by default; only adults who choose to turn them on can see them, and discussion is limited to the games themselves.
  • You can discuss gacha, pull rates, and experiences in regular games, but you may not sell or broker pulling services, top-up services, accounts, or virtual items, or post links to cheats, private servers, or pirated content.

6. Anti-spam and advertising

  • The system automatically limits how often you can post and comment (e.g. posts per minute) and filters duplicate content and inappropriate keywords.
  • New members have daily posting and commenting limits for their first few days after signing up, and posts with multiple external links may need manual review before going public. Limits are relaxed automatically as you build good reputation.
  • Sponsored content, paid promotions, or content in which you have a financial interest must be clearly disclosed at the start of the post; undisclosed commercial promotion is treated as advertising.
  • Don't spam posts, trade likes, or create alt accounts to level up; reputation comes from genuine interactions with other players.

7. Trading and teammate safety

  • GAME圈 does not handle any transactions. Never give your account password or verification codes to anyone; our staff will never ask for them.
  • If you get messages asking you to send money privately, click unknown links, or share personal info, report and block the sender right away.
  • When meeting online friends in person, choose a public place and let family or friends know your plans; minors should get a parent's permission first.

8. Enforcement

Depending on the severity and number of violations, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  1. A reminder or warning, with a request to edit your content.
  2. Hiding or deleting violating posts, comments, or wiki edits.
  3. Temporary suspension (no posting, commenting, rating, or editing during the period).
  4. Permanent ban. Cases involving fraud, sexual exploitation of minors, or serious harassment will be acted on without warning, with cooperation in police investigations when necessary.

9. How to report

  • Click the menu on a post, comment, or player profile → "Report", then choose a reason and add details.
  • Moderators and admins review reports in order. You can see the outcome in "Member center › Reports / Appeals".
  • Don't abuse the report feature to attack others; malicious or mass false reports are also a violation.
  • If content infringes your copyright or personal data, you can also email [email protected] with the content URL and proof of rights.

10. Appeals

  • If you believe your content was wrongly flagged or a suspension is unfair, log in and go to "Member center › Reports / Appeals" to appeal the action, explaining your reasons and providing any relevant evidence.
  • Only one appeal per action can be under review at a time. We aim to reply within 7 business days.
  • If an appeal is upheld, the content will be restored or the suspension lifted; if not, we'll explain why.
