Complete your profile

The first time you log in, you'll see the "Welcome to GAME圈!" setup page. It takes about 30 seconds, and you can change everything later in the member center.

First-login setup page

1. Fill in the basicsYour nickname can be up to 20 characters and appears on your posts and comments. Your account ID is 3–20 letters, numbers, or underscores, and is also your profile URL (gcgame.cc/user/yourID). Your birthday is only used to verify your age and is never shown publicly. Region is optional.
2. Choose where you playCheck the platforms you use, such as Steam, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, iOS, or Android. You can pick more than one.
3. Choose your favorite genresRPG, Shooter, Strategy, Casual… pick as many as you like. "For you" on the home page recommends posts based on these genres.
4. Follow a few gamesCheck the games you're interested in, and you'll be notified about new posts, guides, and events.
5. Click "Finish setup and start exploring 🚀"Once you're set up, you can start posting, commenting, and finding teammates.

Edit your profile, avatar and cover

Go to Avatar in the top right › Settings (Settings › Profile in the member center), where you can change:

• Avatar and cover: JPG / PNG / GIF / WebP are supported. We recommend a 400×400 square for your avatar and 1500×500 for your cover. Remember to click "Save" after uploading. If you don't want a custom image, check "Remove avatar (use default)".
• Nickname, bio, region: In your bio, you can mention your favorite games, your main characters, and when you're usually online. Your region makes it easier to find teammates nearby.
• Account ID: You can change it, but your old profile URL will stop working immediately, and any links you've already shared won't open anymore, so change it with care.

Gaming preferences

You can update "Where do you play games?" and "Favorite genres" anytime in Settings › Player preferences, and your recommendations will update accordingly. To control who can see your profile, see Profile privacy.
