Appeals
Think your content was wrongly actioned or your suspension is unfair? Go to "Reports & appeals" to appeal the penalty and explain why, and an admin will review it again.
Submit an appeal
- Open Reports & appealsGo to My GAME圈 › Reports & appeals and switch to the "⚠️ Actioned content" tab. When you get a penalty notification, clicking it also takes you there directly.
- Find the penalty you want to appealThis lists your hidden / removed posts and comments, as well as your account suspension status and the reason.
- Click "Submit an appeal"Hidden post pages also have a "Submit an appeal" button.
- Write your reasonUse 5 to 2,000 characters to explain why you think the decision was wrong, for example "This isn't an ad" or "I've edited the part that broke the rules", and include any relevant evidence.
- Click "Submit appeal"Your appeal will appear in the "📮 My appeals" tab.
Appeal rules
- Admins will respond within 3 business days, and you'll be notified of the result.
- Each penalty can only have one appeal under review at a time, and you can submit up to 5 appeals per day.
- If your appeal is upheld, the content is restored or the suspension is lifted. If not, the reason will be explained and "Last appeal was rejected" will be shown.
Writing an effective appealPoint out exactly what was misjudged. A calm, well-organized explanation is more likely to be accepted than an emotional one.
