    Open Beta Update 4 is now LIVE! - Not for Problem Reports!
    ✨ AI 重点整理
    • 维多利亚 3 的 1.14 Open Beta 推出 Update 4，延续先前更新，进一步调整恶名与海军平衡，并加入战争目标失效与投降机制等新内容。
    • 添加战争目标失效与投降机制：持续超过 2 年的战争中，12 个月未受争夺的战争目标会被放弃，AI 国家明显战败时会投降，战争支持度降至 0% 后不再无限拖延。
    • 恶名重新平衡：大型富裕州与统一战争的恶名成本降低，宣称与心理学科技可进一步减少恶名，并添加游戏规则可调整恶名高低。
    • 海军方面，过时舰船无法再完全利用未受护航的舰队，鱼雷艇能正确克制早期铁甲舰，海军威望也与舰队实力重新对应。
    • 海峡 AI 会权衡通行费收入与限制造成的损害及愤怒，受影响国家更常透过条约与外交行动反制，贸易枢纽也更可能改道避开过高通行费。
    • AI 扩张更重视石油、黄金等稀缺资源与主要文化人口，会并入更多占领地，并不再为意愿很低的战争目标发起外交行动；另调整大量日志条目、改善海上运输并修正附庸战争问题，军队也可驻扎于附庸的州。
