    • 《沉默之丘 Townfall》于 2026-10-08 发布 1.4.0 更新，主菜单右下角的版本号应显示为 v1.5.154194。
    • The Weight 的抓取攻击在 Story Mode 与 Normal 难度下，改为造成高额伤害，不再直接致死。
    • The Weight 的搜索行为改善，避免长时间守在玩家目标前或反复停留在同一地点，追击行为也调整为不会过度积极地关注玩家。
    • 一般敌人对枪声、玩家奔跑声与进入藏身处声响的敏感度降低，近战中玩家攻击命中后的反击频率也降低。
    • 除 The Weight 外，玩家以近战武器格挡时敌人不再尝试擒抱，且脱离擒抱后有更多时间反应。
    • 谜题方面添加可随时查看的「Remote Systems Control」控制台收藏版手册，并更新「Aux Line」谜题的管线配置。
